This operator closes the given handle.
close_framegrabber (AcqHandle)

An acquisition handle obtained via 'open_framegrabber'. |
•If the given handle is of type 'Stereo' or 'Monocular', the referred device will be closed.
•In case there are no other active handles left, the running NxLib instance will be terminated.
