PixelClockΒΆ

The current pixel clock in MHz. You can set this to a higher value for faster image transfers.

Note

When using USB cameras the image transfer might fail when the clock is too high. This happens when the host PC does not request data from the camera fast enough and the internal camera memory cannot buffer the image data from the sensor anymore. The sensor outputs data faster than it can be transferred to the host and the cameras buffer will overflow. The image transfer will be cancelled by the driver and the image is lost.
